Ulta's 21 Days of Beauty: a day by day shopping guide

September 3, 2020

The 21 Days of Beauty sale is one of my favorite sales of the year! Usually taking place twice a year, this sale features amazing brands and products at 50% off. Each day the products are different and you have only 24 hours to snatch each product at an amazing price. I like to use this sale to stock up on some of my holy grail products like Tarte Shape Tape and my favorite Tarte mascara. It would also be the perfect time to purchase any products that you've been wanting to try out.

In this post, I am only going to be featuring products that I have tried and love, or will be trying! I will admit this 21 Days isn't as full of my favorite products as it has been in the past, but none the less there are still some great picks included!

Being as pale as I am, choosing the right bronzer can be tricky. This is one of the only two bronzers I can use that can look natural on my fair skin or be built up when I have self-tanner on. The formula is *chefs kiss* and it will last you forever!

This is a product that I have not tried myself. But I have seen many people rave about it so I am going to purchase one for this sale. I like that it is reusable, so it saves money and reduces waste!

If you only shop one day, SHOP THIS DAY! I will be buying each of these products. Of course, shape tape is my go-to concealer, nothing beats it and I will fight you on that. I am also purchasing the other two products for the first time to try! I am super excited about the glow wand since many people seem to be loving it and I love any product that can give me some non-greasy glow. The Tula Primer is a newer product, I love their original primer so I want to give this one a try too!

I have no idea why it took me so long to incorporate a primer into my everyday makeup routine, but the first ones I ever tried a few years ago were Becca. Each of these primers is wonderful. I would look at each one and decide which one you need as each is good for different things. My personal favorite is the Ever-matte poreless priming perfector because nine times out of ten I opt for a matte look.

This is a product that I have just discovered in the last few months and have fallen in love with! I have always been afraid of liquid eyeliner, but I hate pencil liner. This liner is so easy to work with and even though it is "stay all day" it comes off without vigours scrubbing on your eyes. I use the brown for every day and the black for a more dolled-up look.

And the final products I will be purchasing are the ones on sale on MY BIRTHDAY! These products are two tried and true faves of mine. The FAB cleanser is a great pre-cleanse, makeup remover. And finally, this Tarte Mascara is my all-time favorite mascara. Other than the tube being simply beautiful, this mascara creates long, voluminous lashes with no clumpiness and it does not flake off!
